Dow Medical College and Civil Hospital have been joined at the hip since Dow’s birth. (dividing wall notwithstanding!) History of Civil and Dow after 1945 are intertwined. Before 1945 however, Civil has it’s own history for which we need help filling blanks from our seniors.
