On January 19 1978, the Third Annual Convocation ceremony was held on the grounds of Dow Medical College, Karachi. The class of 1975 graduating in 1977 were to receive their degrees and honor certificates and medals.
The event was presided by Marhoom Ehsan Rasheed, Vice Chancellor of
Karachi University and Syed Ali Haider, Chief Justice of Sindh High Court.
