Dr. Zubair Farooq Al Arshi was born in Dubai and studied with us and graduated with class of 1977. He is a renowned Urdu, Arabic English and Hindi poet. TO date he has published 32 Diwans in Urdu, 14 Diwans in Hindi and one in Arabic. He attends mushairas all over India, Pakistan and USA. He was awarded Tamgha-e-Imtiaz by Government of Pakistan in 2012.
Throughout his studies in DMC no one in the class ever guessed that he was an Arab!
